To make you own widget you need a title, hosted image and a url for the link.

THE URL LINK – where the button will lead to, ex: your blog

PHOTO URL – the url link to your hosted image at a place like Flickr or Photobucket

TITLE – what you will see if the cursor hovers over the button

NUMBER OF PIXELS – how many pixels high or wide you want the button. My button is 33 x 157 but you can edit these numbers to make different sizes.

Use the format in the above post to replace my button code for your customization.
